Eventmetrics will help you identify and better understand your audience. Our work will focus on two primary categories of information.
- Demographic research refers to gathering audience attributes such as age, gender, marital status, annual income, ethnicity and the like.
- Psychographic research focuses on gathering data on audience attitudes, values, beliefs and primary drivers.
Within these two categories, we gather both quantitative and qualitative data/feedback. Our findings will help you better understand your relationship with your customers, what motivates them and the challenges they're facing. We will uncover what influences their decisions and behaviour as well as the best ways to communicate with them.
Eventmetrics audience research will help you better understand:
1. How your audience thinks, what they care about, want and need
2. What and who motivate their decisions and influence their behaviour
3. Best methods for communicating with your audience and how they best consume information
4. Prefered audience experience
These findings and more will directly educate your improvement strategy, uplifting your programming and promotion and realigning your operations.
We collect data using methodology best suited to your audience.
Some of our more common methods include:
- On-site Surveys
- Short-term Follow Up Surveys
- In-Depth Interviews
- Focus Groups
- Broad Scale Community Canvasing
- Kiosk Surveys and Insight Boxes
- Gamification and Activation Models
- User Experience Monitoring
- Mystery Shoppers
These techniques and more provide us with the data we need to coduct a full-fledged analysis to provide you with crucial insights and recommendations.
